NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION AND HOW TO OPT-OUT.

We operate an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about new features, contest, partnerships, supplied by us. Subscription to our newsletter is opt-in. Users can opt-out of receiving our newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link contained in the footer of any newsletter.

Email marketing campaigns published by us may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include but shall not be limited to: the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates, and frequency of activity. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the User with more relevant content based around their activity.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION ?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

Account Information

Upon your request to delete your account, your account and information will be automatically remove from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time and when new features will be released. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
